Sourced acquisition, prepared due diligence materials and retained BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group) to develop concept design associated with client's offer. Engaged marketing firm and a team of consultants while managing design process to maximize proforma returns and project appeal.

As Project Executive for 56 Leonard had primary responsibility for all aspects of development through completion of foundations, including budgeting, scheduling and management of the team of over 200 architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, lawyers, expeditors and consultants. Led a team that integrated input from partners, marketing & branding experts, and design team for project that is now sold out at over $3,200 per square foot.

As Owner's Representative for 435 Tompkins, work closely with principals, architect and contractor to manage day-to-day construction, design execution, Owner Furnished buys, schedule, budget and Offering Plan completion.
One Madison/215 E 81st
Cetra Ruddy
As Receiver and Receiver's Development Consultant, tasked with restarting construction on One Madison and 215 East 81st St. by the NYS Supreme Court. While a bankruptcy filing ended the effort at One Madison, violations were cleared and work was successfully completed at 81 St.
Hastings-on-Hudson
Ennead / Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates
Working with the new property owner, retained a design team to reimagine the abandoned, mile-long, industrial waterfront, replacing contaminated landfill with resilient wetlands to accommodate sea level rise and revitalize the waterfront with 650 carbon-neutral homes.
100 West 33rd Street
COOKFOX
Led design and construction of a $80 million retail and office reconfiguration of the Manhattan Mall from concept design to completion of tenant work for 500,000 sf of office space leased to Bank of America and Interpublic.

As Project Executive for KUD (Kajima Urban Development) International, oversaw preconstruction design and entitlements and negotiated a GMP with Turner Construction.

Project Management
With 30 years of major project experience, can establish aggressive, but realistic, proformas, schedules and budgets. Relationships in the industry facilitate building project teams including zoning & transactional attorneys, architects & engineers, marketing & branding firms, expeditors, consultants and construction managers. Have worked closely with many of the top design architects active in New York City including Herzog & de Meuron, Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), COOKFOX, Thom Mayne (Morphosis), CetraRuddy, and Arquitectonica.

Real Estate Development Consulting
As a consultant, can provide a range of services from full-time, executive oversight to limited services related to initial site analysis or other tasks. No development is to large or too small.

Acquisitions
Have an extensive knowledge of development sites in New York City. Familiar with opportunities in established neighborhoods as well as emerging neighborhoods such as Bedford Stuyvesant, Bushwick, Gowanus, Greenpoint, and the Lower East Side. As a licensed architect in New York, can undertake proforma analysis of individual sites including zoning review, and when warranted, quick building massing, unit layouts and individual unit pricing for a better understanding of potential revenues and more reliable determination of resultant IRRs and equity multiples.

Receiverships & Arbitration
Has served as a Receiver, development consultant, and monitor to the New York State Supreme Court for real estate developments under construction with a value of over $100 million.
American Arbitration Association Arbitrator able to serve on AAA arbitration panels or as an individual arbitrator to resolve real estate development, design and construction related disputes.
